Electrical System

Alternator 14 volt, 60 ampere
Battery 12 volt

System Description:  The battery is located behind the main spar on the right side of the fuselage below the rear passenger seat.  All avionics equipment should be turned off prior to starting the engine to prevent harmful transient voltages from damaging this equipment.  The ammeter indicates the electrical load on the alternator in amperes.  With all the electrical equipment turned off and the master switch on, the ammeter will indicate the charging rate of the battery, which is approximately 2 amperes.
