Certificate Requirements
- 17 Years of Age
- Third Class Medical Certificate
- Ground Instruction:
- 40 hours: Cessna Pilot Center Private Pilot Program
- 12 hours : Preflight& Postflight Ground
Instruction
- 40 Flight Hours including 20 hours flight instruction with:
- 3 hours cross-country training
- 3 hours instrument training
- 3 hours night-flight practice
- 3 hours test prep
- 10 Hours Solo Flight:
- 5 hours cross-country flight with one cross-country flight of at least 150 nautical miles total distance
- Successful completion of FAA Private Pilot Knowledge Exam and FAA Practical Exam
