Online Scheduling
Lafayette Aviation hopes our 24/7 service is of benefit to our customers. You can conveniently schedule a plane rental, a plane/instructor combination, or just an instructor for ground school. Also, you will be automatically e-mailed a confirmation of your schedule request (or any cancellation).
Log onto the schedule by clicking on the link below. You may want to mark this site as one of your favorites. If you have any questions, please call Lafayette Aviation at (765) 743-9692.
1. Click on the Schedule button to the left of this text.
2. Click on the Login button in the upper left part of the screen.
3. Click on New Users: Request Login ID.
4. Fill out the registration form as completely as possible. Place your FAA certificate number in the box labeled FBO Manager Certificate.
5. After you submit the form a customer service representative will activate your account. Your patience is appreciated as this may take up to 24 hours. (If you need access to the scheduler right away, simply call Lafayette Aviation (at 765-743-9692) after you submit your registration form, and a CSR will activate your account.)
6. Once your account is activated, you will receive an e-mail stating that you are now able to access the schedule. If you do not receive an e-mail within 24 hours, please call Lafayette Aviation and a customer service representative will assist you.
